UVM-6 Deep vacuum oil purification system

Designed for thermal vacuum degasification treatment of insulation oils with deep vacuum to increase oil dielectric strength. The purification process comprises degassing and dehydration of oils that provides the removal of free and soluble water, gases and particulate matter. UVM-6 system provides azotizing of insulating oil. The principle of this process is that after a power transformer is filled with new oil the free space in the transformer tank is completed with dry nitrogen in order to exclude ingress of moisture from atmosphere. This machine suits ideally for working with power transformers.
